The location is fantastic, right near the beach!
I experienced a complete lack of professionalism from the staff. Incorrect directions were given to my room, made dragging my luggage around a nightmare. The overall state of the hotel left a lot to be desired, as it felt very rundown and not well maintained.

Location: the hotel was just off the gorgeous beach, a nice area, and city center. I ate in the beach restaurant nearby. The beds were large, the room was clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic and great breakfast.
They served poor breakfast, it can be better.

It has amicable staff and it's attractive and competitive value for money. It was good to have a handy kitchenette along with a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge.

The views from my Double Room with Balcony and Sea View were fine. The room was comfortable, with essentials like a kitchenette, easy to prepare light meals. The breakfast at the hotel was nice, with options like freshly made Shakshuka that really stood out. The staff were attentive. Duke at reception went out of his way to assist with any questions I had. The hotel's condition needs attention. Some furniture looked outdated, and there were signs of wear and tear that impacted the overall ambiance. I also faced issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, frustrating at times.

the hotel was in a very central location close to town centre. and it was also very close to cafes both on the beach, city center and the beach restaurant.

Good rooms (bed room + kitchen with sofa) while price is reasonable.Residence "Beach" (annexed to Residence Hotel) had internet connection with reasonable speed in the room while in "Residence (where reception is located)" internet was available only in public location.
Not in particular.

The fine views from our Double Room Balcony Sea View were very nice, but the furniture felt dated in the suite.

I like the convenience of the town and restuarants. Also of course the beach which is why I went back to The Residence Beach Hotel again this year. It felt like going home and I shall be returning again with my brother again next year. The trips organised by the hotel were very well conducted and I learnt a great deal from the excellently well informed tour guides. I am missing it already

Excellent location - probably the best in Netanya: just overlooking the sea, one-minute walk from the elevetor, good cafes and restaurants in a short distance. May be a bit far from the shopping area but perfect to enjoy the sea/beach. We have had a two-room suite with a kitchenette - everything is clean and comfortable though one can find it a bit "soviet" style - very simple, bathroom can be renovated. But again, very clean. The most big problem are windows - you will feel that if travelling in cold time or if windy. A great reception person (his name is Duke) - very professional, willing to be of help, fast and kind. A treasure of the hotel staff, indeed. The suites have one window overlooking the street - quite noisy. the others are looking at the sea and this is something great.

The views from my room were fine, but the room smelled weird.

The location was good. The breakfast was suffcient. The seaview was lovely. Duke at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.
The apartment was not totally clean. The shampoo was not replaced daily. The hot plates were in a dreadful state and I would not use them. As we do not use the lift we used the stairs and they were in a dreadful state - besides cigarette stubs there were pots of paint and all sorts of stuff blocking the stairs on level 3. The carpet in the entrance to level 4 was lifting up.

Not fancy but great value for money. People are nice, facility is clean, airconditioner is strong, furnishings are fine, fantastic view.

The room smelled weird, and all the freshner in the world couldn't fix it. I also wanted a complimentary upgrade, really thought I deserved it. Just when I was about to leave a glowing review, I noticed no one cared about my comfort at all. What a disappointment, honestly!

I liked the view of the beach from my balcony.
It was unsettling to find that many of your staff are not proficient in English. This should be addressed
